Warehouse Production HandlerCome create your career with VoltVolt is immediately hiring for Warehouse Production Handler in Vista, Ca.As a Warehouse Production Handler you will:Production: Perform production and blending of specialty chemicals.Order receiving: Receive incoming orders and ensure accurate inspection of materials.Shipping preparation: Fill shipping containers according to sales orders.Cross-team collaboration: Work with manufacturing and administrative staff to ensure transactional accuracy.Documentation management: Complete all shipping documentation, including bills of lading and shipping labels.Logistics coordination: Coordinate with transportation companies to ensure smooth and timely shipments.Customer communication: Communicate with Customer Service and Quality Control teams.Facility upkeep: Maintain general shop housekeeping, organization, and equipment upkeep.Operational support: Assist with additional manufacturing and warehouse functions as needed.Chemicals handled include both liquid and powder forms.Some materials are hazardous, while others are non-hazardous.Temporary workers typically assist with packing, labeling, and preparing materials for shipment, but do not participate directly in chemical manufacturing.All required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is provided to ensure a safe working environment.This is a full time opportunity.The ideal candidate will have:Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience: Prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing experience preferred.Technical skills: Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) and basic computer systems for documentation.Safety awareness: Strong understanding of safety protocols, especially when handling hazardous materials.Physical requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.Teamwork: Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments.Attention to detail: Accuracy in documentation, labeling, and order fulfillment.Flexibility: Willingness to support multiple functions and adapt to changing prioritiesAvailable to work 1st shift, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to FridayPay Rate: $19.00-20.00 per hour*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Benefits: Volt offers benefits (based on eligibility) that include the following: health, dental, vision, term life, short term disability, AD&D, 401(k), Sick time, and other types of paid leaves (as required by law), Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Volt is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits any kind of unlawful discrimination and harassment.
