We are partnering with a client looking to fill their Reliability Engineer position. This position will be responsible for interpreting, planning, and executing Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) requirements for government contracts. Participate in vehicle system design reviews to influence the design for maintainability in accordance with engineering standards and project scope. Interpret failure analysis data and recommend maintenance and repair levels. If this interests you, apply today! Work model:On-SiteMonday - Friday7:00 AM - 4:00 PMWhat you will do:Perform Aftermarket Supportability analysis of engineering design to include design for maintainabilityWork with Test and Development, Design Engineering, and subcontractors to develop product lifecycle support plansAnalyze vehicle platforms using Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), and Level of Repair Analysis (LORA)Customer communication for requirements planning and executionProvide technical assistance during design, prototype, pilot, and production phases when applicableRecommend and assist in the implementation of Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) solutionsCollaborate with aftermarket design, provisioning, publication, and validation teams in support of the development of technical manuals and databasesAbility to perform work autonomously and proactively report program status and completenessPrepare and present technical reports for leadership and customers as neededParticipate in our People First cultureContinual pursuit of new systems and technologies to support vehicle logistics planningWhat you will need to be successful:Understanding of vehicular systems and their integration3 plus years of related experience in a heavy equipment industryExperience in reliability & maintainability engineeringStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel, PowerPointExperience with CAD Modeling software and interpretation of engineering drawings and schematicsAdvanced mathematical and statistical backgroundAdvanced technical writing skillsStrong working knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics and systemsDiesel and/or Agricultural equipment repair and assembly experienceComputer programming familiarity including Arbor Text, VBA, etcPTC product experience including Windchill, Creo, and Windchill Quality SolutionsVendor development and support experienceBachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial, or equivalent)Benefits overview:Health, dental, and vision insurancePTO401k
