Electrical Project ManagerDFW Metroplex – Euless, TXFull-Time | In-OfficeBuild Your Career in Electrical Construction Project ManagementHurst Electric is seeking an Electrical Project Manager to support commercial and industrial electrical construction projects throughout the DFW Metroplex. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects involving electrical design coordination, construction management, budgeting, scheduling, and client communication.We welcome candidates with varying levels of project management experience within the electrical construction industry. Whether you are growing from a Project Engineer role or already managing projects independently, this position offers a long-term career within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.The ideal candidate is organized, motivated, and knowledgeable in commercial and industrial electrical systems, with the ability to coordinate projects from design through completion.ResponsibilitiesSupport and manage commercial and industrial electrical construction projects from planning through completionAssist with or oversee project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and reportingManage project submittals, RFIs, drawings, change orders, and project documentationTrack project costs and prepare progress billing reportsCoordinate with clients, subcontractors, architects, engineers, vendors, and code enforcement agenciesServe as a point of contact for project communication and issue resolutionWork closely with field leadership to help ensure projects remain on schedule and within budgetParticipate in project meetings, jobsite visits, and field coordination activitiesSupport electrical system design coordination for low- and medium-voltage systemsReview electrical drawings, schematics, and construction documents for accuracy and constructabilityUtilize AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, ConEst, and related software to support project management and documentationEnsure work aligns with National Electrical Code (NEC) standards and project specificationsParticipate in estimating, proposal development, procurement, and preconstruction planning as neededQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferredEquivalent electrical construction industry experience may also be consideredExperience in electrical construction project management, project engineering, or related roles preferredKnowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systemsFamiliarity with low- and medium-voltage electrical systemsUnderstanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, ConEst, or related software is beneficialStrong communication, organization, leadership, and customer relation skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentConstruction industry experience is strongly preferredWhat We OfferCompetitive CompensationHealth, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time Off & Paid National HolidaysMileage ReimbursementTraining & Continuing Education SupportCareer Growth OpportunitiesCollaborative Team Environment*As part of our hiring process, completion of the Culture Index assessment is required for consideration.
