Medicare Documents CoordinatorThe Medicare Documents Coordinator is responsible for managing Medicare documents received via fax, email, mailed correspondence, following THP policies and procedures. Required: Minimum High School Diploma. Strong knowledge of software programs. High level of time management. High level of attention to detail. High level of organizational skills. Work efficiently in fast paced environment. Desired: Experience with Medicare call center documents ques and fax ques. Proficient typing skills. Able to work independently previous call center experience. Responsibilities: Responsible for working all Medicare fax management ques and directing to correct department for resolutions. Responsible for working all general correspondence ques and directing to correct department for resolutions. Responsible for all incoming emails, providing timely and professional response to member or providers with appropriate resolutions. Documenting and tracking of Medicare correspondence/faxes and emails responses and follow up of resolutions. Adheres to operational policies and procedure guidelines related to timeliness. Responsible for filing all documents in the document repository. Work scanning. Back up to call centers when time allows and returning after hour voicemails.
