Robotics/Automation Assembly Technician

leading global provider of industrial automation solutions, is seeking an experienced Assembly Technician to join our team. This position will be responsible for assembling and testing industrial automation systems for various industries. RESPONSIBILITIES: Read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics to assemble components and subsystems of industrial automation systems. Use hand and power tools to assemble, adjust, and align components and subassemblies. Perform tests and inspections to ensure the proper functioning of industrial automation systems. Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with industrial automation systems and recommend solutions. Maintain accurate records of assembly and testing processes. Work collaboratively with other technicians, engineers, and project managers to meet project deadlines. Must be able to work out of our Warrendale office location; 7:00 AM -3:30 PM REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or certification in mechanical or electrical assembly preferred. Experience in mechanical or electrical assembly preferred. Familiarity with hand and power tools and their proper use. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Experience with industrial automation systems is a plus.
