Job Description: Patient Care Representative Location: Lady Lake, FL (Santa Fe Surgery Center)The Patient Care Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients and their families. They will be the first point of contact for patients and will be responsible for answering questions, scheduling appointments, and ensuring that patients have a positive experience at the Santa Fe Surgery Center.ResponsibilitiesAnswering phone calls and emails from patients and their familiesScheduling appointments and coordinating with medical staffAssisting patients with paperwork and insurance formsProviding information about procedures and treatmentsEnsuring that patients have a positive experience at the Santa Fe Surgery CenterRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentExperience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems
