Coaches play a key role in creating a safe, positive, and consistent experience for children and families.This role is ideal for committed high school students, college students, recent graduates, and adults looking for reliable part-time work in a supportive, team-driven environment. Soccer experience is helpful, but not required — full training is provided.About Our ProgramsLil' Kickers (18 months–5 years): A nationally recognized child development program that uses soccer as a tool to build confidence, coordination, and social skillsSkills Institute (5–10 years): A structured soccer training program focused on skill development and progression Our culture is built around positivity, inclusion, and growth — for kids and coaches alike.
