We operate with a strong focus on consistency, respect, and operational excellence.Position OverviewWe’re hiring a Medical Receptionist to manage front desk operations in a professional exam setting. This role centers on creating an efficient, welcoming experience for patients attending scheduled evaluations. Unlike traditional healthcare environments, this position does not involve ongoing care coordination or treatment follow-up.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet patients and oversee check-in/check-out processesCoordinate appointment scheduling and daily front desk workflowRespond to incoming calls and provide clear, timely assistanceEnter and update patient information within electronic systemsHelp ensure exams run on schedule and office operations stay organizedQualifications1–3 years of experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role (medical setting a plus)Bilingual skills are a strong advantageExcellent interpersonal and organizational abilitiesAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced settingProficiency with standard office technology and systemsWhat Sets This Role ApartPredictable, structured environment (evaluation-based services only)No after-hours or on-call expectationsStarting pay from $17/hour with full benefits packageMedical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with employer contributionPaid time off and holidaysEducation support, including tuition reimbursement and student loan assistanceEEOOur Government Services Division supports local, state, and federal agencies and delivers professional and objective medical and psychological examinations as well as ancillary services.
