Human Resources Generalist

Position - HR GeneralistLocation: Manhattan, NYC (ONSITE)In partnership with the VP, HR, the HR Generalist’s (HRG) responsibilities will include the planning, development, implementation, and administration of all areas of human resources including, benefits, compensation, leave management, worker’s comp, employee relations, organizational development, and records management/legal compliance. With a strong and dedicated emphasis to change management including but not limited to performance management, disciplinary/corrective action, change, and staffing management and analysis.Skills/QualificationsThe following skills, knowledge and experience are required:·     Experience in Human Resources Generalist.·         Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc).·         Experience on Entertainment not production·         Excellent organizational as well as verbal and written communication skills.·         Strong leadership, relationship building, problem-solving, and influence skills.·         A “hands-on” Manager with a sincere interest in people, processes, and contributing to a true service organization.·         Exceptionally strong organizational development and employee relations skills with experience in coaching and mentoring at all levels of an organization.
