This is a temp to perm. opportunityJob SummaryWe are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and brand engagement across multiple platforms. This role will focus on promoting our plumbing supply products, building relationships with contractors and customers, and driving traffic and sales through strategic content and campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goalsManage daily posting and engagement across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)Create high-quality content including product showcases, promotions, how-to videos, and industry tipsMonitor comments, messages, and reviews, responding in a timely and professional mannerCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote new products, sales, and eventsTrack and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and adjust strategies accordinglyStay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practicesCoordinate with vendors and brands for co-marketing opportunitiesManage paid social media campaigns and budgetsQualificationsProven experience managing social media accounts for a business (B2B or retail preferred)Strong understanding of major social platforms and analytics toolsExperience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projectsKnowledge of plumbing, construction, or industrial products is a plusPreferred SkillsExperience with video content creation and editingBasic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategiesFamiliarity with CRM or e-commerce platformsPhotography skills for product and in-store contentPay:Rate is $25-30/hour but may be higher based on experience#IND-HP
