IT Delivery Engineer II
Overview:
In this role you will design, implement, and operate the internal IT stack to support a globally distributed workforce. You'll manage SaaS and endpoint tools, ensure security and compliance, and drive infrastructure improvements. You will partner with Security, Engineering, and Operations to scale reliable IT services that boost productivity and employee experience. This position offers hybrid work from NYC with a strong emphasis on automation and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain internal IT systems and platforms
- Administer SaaS and endpoint management tools (Kandji, Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom)
- Manage device management across the global fleet via MDMCollaborate with Security and Infrastructure to meet security/compliance standards
- Lead and contribute to IT infrastructure and service delivery improvement projects
- Evaluate and adopt new technologies to enhance IT service delivery and automation
- Develop automation and tooling for provisioning, configuration, and workflows
- Maintain accurate configuration and asset data for audits
- Create and maintain documentation for IT systems and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve scalability and reliability
Key requirements:
- 4+ years in modern IT, systems engineering, or IT infrastructure
- Hands-on administration of MDM/endpoint platforms (Kandji, Jamf, Intune) and core SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom)
- Led or significantly contributed to IT infrastructure or platform improvement projects
- Propensity to automate and build tooling, avoiding repetitive work
- Comfort with owning ambiguous problems end-to-end in a fast-paced, global environment
- Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration
