We are seeking Full-Time Podiatrists (DPM) to join our dynamic and growing team in the following cities:Texas: Dallas and El PasoPosition Overview:We are looking for a skilled and motivated Podiatrist to diagnose and treat a wide range of foot, ankle, and lower extremity conditions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and be eager to take on a full patient panel from day one. This position offers an exceptional opportunity for both clinical and surgical practice.Key Responsibilities:Perform physical examinations and diagnostic assessments of the foot, ankle, and lower extremitiesDevelop and implement individualized treatment plansConduct in-office procedures and surgical interventions as clinically indicatedPrescribe medications, orthotics, and physical therapy as part of comprehensive treatmentEducate patients on preventative foot care and post-treatment recoveryMaintain detailed and accurate medical records using EMRCollaborate with medical assistants, surgeons, and referring providers to coordinate careJob Requirements:Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) from an accredited programCurrent and unrestricted state podiatry license (or ability to obtain)Completion of a 3-year Podiatric Medicine & Surgery Residency (PMSR) with RRA certification preferredBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Podiatric SurgeryStrong clinical, surgical, and diagnostic skillsExcellent communication and patient engagement abilitiesEnthusiastic, team-oriented, and committed to high-quality careBenefits:Competitive salary with bonus potentialComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement savings plan with company matchPaid malpractice insuranceGenerous PTO and paid holidaysContinuing education support and professional development opportunitiesEqual Opportunity EmployerAllevio is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
