Lead Reliability Engineer

Serving as the ultimate technical authority for controls logic and enterprise telemetry, the full-time Lead Reliability Engineer will manage advanced data forensics, optimize Sequence of Operations, and conduct telemetry audits remotely while acting as a strategic bridge between Site Operations and Platform Delivery. Key responsibilities: Extract and synthesize complex Building Management System (BMS) data during high-severity incidents to identify automation failures Review engineering designs and issue Engineering Change Orders to correct architectural blindspots prior to site deployment Conduct programmatic audits of facility control systems to ensure adherence to standards and mitigate alarm fatigue Required qualifications: 8+ years of operational experience in data centers or a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of critical facility exposure Expert-level knowledge of PLC/DDC logic and industrial communication protocols Proven analytical ability to reverse-engineer cascading failures in critical infrastructure Experience creating standards for data center operations and communicating technical topics to diverse audiences
