We are building a home health organization centered on clinical quality, meaningful patient relationships, multilingual community care, and strong operational support for the clinicians delivering care every day.About the RoleWe are seeking skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapists (O.T.s) to join our growing team across the Bay Area. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, patient-centered, collaborative, and committed to helping patients regain independence, safety, and dignity in their daily lives at home. As an AlphaCare O.T., you will play a critical role in restoring functional independence for patients recovering from illness, injury, or functional decline. You will evaluate patients in the home environment, develop individualized treatment plans, and help patients rebuild the skills needed for daily living. You will also collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, therapists, and caregivers to ensure coordinated, outcome-driven care.
