HVAC Project Manager

ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll DoLead and manage day-to-day project operations across multiple job sitesCoordinate with company leadership, estimators, and construction managersDevelop project plans, timelines, staffing strategies, and resource allocationOversee teams, including 1–2 supervisors and their crewsMonitor project progress, budgets, and schedules to ensure successful deliveryCommunicate daily schedules and updates with field and office teamsPrepare reports for management, clients, and stakeholdersCollaborate with general contractors and internal teams to resolve issuesEnsure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standardsOversee coordination of Sheet Metal, Plumbing, and Piping work on-siteWhat We're Looking ForStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and organizational abilitiesProven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesSolid problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to read and interpret technical documents and plansComfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environmentQualificationsQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent required, College Degree preferredMinimum of 5 years of related project management experienceBasic knowledge of HVAC systems and construction processesStrong math skills (algebra, geometry, material calculations, etc.)Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools
