Job Description Non-invasive CardiologyPhoenix, AZOur organization is excited to announce a faculty practice opportunity for a board-certified or board-eligible non-invasive cardiologist at Valleywise Health Medical Center (VHMC). This facility features a tertiary referral hospital with over 300 beds, including the Arizona Burn Center and a Level I Trauma Center, dedicated to serving the underserved communities of Maricopa County.The selected faculty member will engage in a comprehensive range of inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular practice. Responsibilities will include supervising residents and medical students, along with active participation in academic initiatives as guided by the cardiovascular fellowship program director or their representative. The position offers access to a high-volume, ICAEL-accredited echocardiography lab equipped with 3D transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography capabilities. Additionally, there will be administrative time allocated and opportunities for research involvement. The new team member will collaborate with a group of existing non-invasive cardiologists, interventional cardiologists, a part-time electrophysiologist, and advanced practice providers.We are a key academic partner with the Creighton University School of Medicine Arizona Academic Alliance, collaborating with VHMC and Dignity St. Joseph's Hospital, as well as maintaining partnerships with the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix and the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale.As a physician-owned, non-profit organization, we currently employ over 400 healthcare professionals in Phoenix.
