As we expand our reach globally, Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices around the worldempowering clinicians and their teams with technology, innovation, and world-class support to achieve more for their practices, their people, and their patients.About The RoleWe're scaling a new vertical, and we're hiring our first dedicated marketing leader to own it. This is not an individual contributor role - it's an orchestration role. You'll be responsible for building and managing the full marketing engine: directing our agency partners, owning affiliate and events strategy, and over time developing the in-house capability that reduces our dependence on outside resources entirely.You'll operate with real autonomy and report directly to senior leadership. The job is to make sure the right things are getting done by the right people - whether that's an agency, a vendor, or eventually a team you've helped build.
