Mobile Retail Sales Associate/ $19.00 All-In Average

Responsibilities Engage customers and welcome them to the Metro by T-Mobile family. Make it Personal Explore and Discover, ask questions to determine the individual customer’s needs. Offer solution, so customers can stay connected to what matter most to them. Be a problem solver. Manage returns and exchanges of merchandise Stay updated on new product and services. Be an Expert and Guide the sale. Build long term relationships with customers and stay connected. Work to meet all established sales goals and targets. Help create a welcoming environment, by ensuring the store is clean and organized. Your Experience: Minimum of 6 months experience in retail or another environment with a strong customer focus. (PREFERRED) Professional, energetic and positive attitude. Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communications skills. Flexible scheduling availability. Completed High school diploma/GED. Must be able to stand for long periods of time (up to 9 hours) on the sales floor. Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.
