This position involves working one-on-one with a client to support skill development, communication, and independence using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.About the RoleAs a BT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervisionCollect and record accurate session dataSupport skill development and behavior-reduction goalsMaintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and familiesParticipate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special educationQualificationsPrevious experience working with children (required)Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred)Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality practices (required)Experience with behavior management strategies and applied behavior analysis techniques (preferred)A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial)What We OfferSupervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certificationCareer growth opportunities within a supportive organizationOngoing training and supervision by experienced BCBAsCompany-provided iPadBackground Check
