KVC Academy Columbia Employment Type: Full-time, Salary Compensation: $45,000-$65,000 annually (Depending on licensure and experience) Schedule: Monday-Friday, school day hours, following the school year calendar with holidays, winter, spring and summer breaks off with pay. Job Summary The role of the KVC School-Based Therapist involves providing clinical counseling services to clients, with a particular focus on those affected by trauma. This includes employing individual, family, or group therapy approaches as appropriate. · In addition to clinical duties, the KVC School-Based Therapist plays an active role in meetings, staffing sessions, and client appointments. They are dedicated to fostering collaborative relationships and effective communication with both internal team members and external stakeholders. This commitment ensures the delivery of exceptional care, excellent customer service, and seamless cooperation throughout all interactions.
