Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative

In this role, you’ll be the go-to contact for a dedicated book of business—quoting new products, managing orders, tracking samples, and delivering the exceptional service our customers depend on.⭐ What You’ll DoEnter, confirm, and invoice purchase orders for assigned accounts Respond to customer inquiries related to pricing, availability, and lead time Prepare quotes for new core, cornerboard, and sheeting opportunities Coordinate customer sample requests from start to finish Follow up on sample performance and document outcomes Review sales activity monthly and quarterly to identify customer trends Maintain active lists of outstanding samples and potential revenue Collaborate with your team and jump in wherever needed Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales & Planning Manager ⭐ What Makes You a Great FitExcellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make sound decisions Ethical, dependable, and results-driven ⭐ Preferred Experience2+ years of inside sales and customer service experience Experience in a manufacturing environment—stainless steel a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP system experience preferred College degree helpful, but not required Why DRC Industries?At DRC Industries, we’re not just making products—we’re building partnerships.
