You design, deploy, and optimize Apollo product usage to build AI-native inbound and outbound engines that generate pipeline at scale and grow our customers' businesses.You will own GTM interventions for high value or high potential Apollo customers by blending:Assessment and analysis of accounts you touchRobust deliverables (configurations) of the Apollo Platform that improve customer outcomesDemonstrated advanced GTM strategy and ways to leverage the Apollo Platform for the customer's Jobs to be Done (JTBD), including:Signal-based ICP logicAI-generated messaging + advanced promptingData Whisperer: translate complex data sets into clear, actionable strategies that fuel revenue growth (ICP, TAM, SAM vocabulary)Tech Tinkerer: CRMs, sales automation tools, AI platforms; experience with cutting-edge sales tech and leveraging them effectivelyProcess Ninja: identify inefficiencies and turn chaotic workflows into optimized operationsCustomer Obsessed: build lasting client relationships and deliver customer valueGrowth Guru: 4+ years in Sales Ops, RevOps, Growth, Account Management, or Sales Development leadership with experience scaling GTM strategiesWhat You'll Do Design and execute adoption and expansion plays across the post-sale journey, using AI, product telemetry, and signal-based triggersOwn key growth outcomes such as gross revenue retention (GRR), net revenue retention (NRR) via credit consumption uplift, and seat expansionDeliver playbook-driven interventions that drive measurable impactPartner with clients to refine GTM strategies and align them with pipeline and revenue objectivesStay ahead of GTM tech trends to continuously refine Apollo's stackCompensation and Benefits The listed Pay Range reflects total cash compensation inclusive of base salary and annual bonus as applicable.
