Job DescriptionIndustrial Welding Technician Delta, OH $22/hr Paid Weekly Pay starts at $22/hr, with an immediate increase to $24-$26/hr after welding certifications are completed Typical work schedule is Monday-Thursday 5am-3pm and 5am-1pm on Friday. 48 hours per week. The Industrial Welding Technician position is based out of Delta, OH. Our main priority is repairing / maintaining the steel ladle fleet, but we also get into general maintenance. Schedule is Monday - Friday with occasional overtime when necessary. All equipment is provided (Welding helmets, safety glasses, gloves, tools). We do certify our welders in FCAW as well as SMAW. All certifications are done on the job during your first 90 days of employment, which is typically followed by a raise. Qualifications Required: 2 Years Welding Experience / Welding Education and/or High School Diploma / GED MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE TO APPLY Desired: 3 Years Welding Experience AWS Certifications Mechanical Background Communication Skills Description • Repair steel ladles to certification levels and customer expectations • Remove slag and steel from ladles that can obstruct repairs • Operate welding equipment, pneumatic tools, and power tools • Operate mobile equipment such as forklifts, cranes and manlifts• Work in extreme conditions to include heat, cold,and unclean environments • Able to climb ladders and stairs • Have the ability to lift 50 pounds • Certify with FCAW & SMAW (Certification done on the job) IES1Meet Your RecruiterSabrina Nabors
