Junior Project Assistant

Location: [Denver/ Colorado] Compensation: $65,000 – $75,000 annually Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Junior Project Assistant with a strong engineering or science foundation to support the successful delivery of client projects across the mining and energy sectors.This role sits at the intersection of project management, customer success, and technical implementation. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to help ensure projects are delivered on time, onboarding runs smoothly, and clients gain real value from the platform.This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to learn how large capital studies are delivered and how modern SaaS platforms are implemented in heavy industry.What You Will DoProject Delivery SupportAssist with planning, tracking, and coordinating client projects across timelines, task lists, and documentationHelp ensure deliverables are completed on scheduleCustomer Success SupportHelp onboard new customers, coordinate training sessions, and support implementation activitiesTrack customer feedback and ensure issues are resolved quicklyTechnical CoordinationAct as a bridge between customers, product, and engineering teams to gather requirements and document workflowsSupport testing, data preparation, and implementation tasksOperations & Process ImprovementHelp improve internal playbooks, documentation, and delivery processesSupport reporting on project progress, customer health, and scalable onboarding workflowsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field from an accredited four-year institutionStrong academic record demonstrating analytical rigor and technical aptitudeStrong organizational and project coordination skillsExcellent written and verbal English communicationComfortable working with technical teams and technical conceptsHighly detail-oriented and proactiveStrong problem-solving and time management skillsMust be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorshipThis position is subject to a pre-employment background checkNice to HaveInterest in mining, energy, infrastructure, or large capital projectsProficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, or French is a strong plusExposure to project management tools or methodologiesExperience working in a startup or fast-paced environmentInterest in SaaS, digital transformation, and technical productsCoursework or internship experience in mining, mineral processing, or energy systemsRequirements added by the job poster• Valid driver’s license• Accept a background check• Authorized to work in the United States• No need for visa sponsorship
