Solution Architect | US BankUS Bank is looking for a motivated and experienced technical leader to be a key player in changing how we deliver technology for our Wealth Management & Investment Services business. This person will have a direct and far-reaching impact on Cloud adoption, and Agile/DevOps maturity in addition to working with Machine Learning and Blockchain technologies. The role requires working across a broad spectrum of technology and business partners to deliver a portfolio of products for our customers. There could not be a better time to join our team as we transform how we deliver technology.ResponsibilitiesSelf-starter who can pick up new technologies/skills, be comfortable with ambiguity, and drive initiatives forwardWho can collaborate with development and enterprise teams and work independently with minimal support from the lead architectIdentify end-to-end solutions, leverage best practices, and patternsCreate Proof of Concepts, apply existing technologies in new ways, prove out new approaches and technologiesProvides technical governance and guidance in partnership with application development teamsResearches, models, and integrates business and technology architectures to align with business strategy, goals, and objectivesConsults on a wide spectrum of existing and emerging technologiesReview high-risk technology projects for compatibility with IT standards and strategic directionDrive portfolio initiatives around technology simplification, resilience, stabilityBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceAt least 5 years of experience with the concepts, philosophies, and tools behind the design of applications, information, and underlying information technologiesAt least 15 years of experience in developing and implementing applications and end-to-end solutionsPreferred Skills/ExperienceSolution Architecture role (5+ years) coming from an Application Architect/Senior Application Developer backgroundVery strong Interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communicationCollaborative style with an ability to achieve consensusProven technical leaderDesign of an application's code base, layering, componentization, and framework selection a plusEnd-to-end system solutioning/exposure...Security, Performance, Availability, Scalability.Information Security and Financial Services domain knowledge a plusMust-Have Tech Skills:MS.NET and.core Framework, REST, Microservice.Microsoft SQL Server, large/complex datasets, data modeling, and performance tuning.T-SQL, Indexed Views, Stored Procedures, and Functions.Proven track record with CI/CD, Agile/DevOps, and Test Automation.MS Azure Storage, Compute, and Container (Docker/K8s).Nice To Have Skills/Experience:UI development in React or AngularColumnar and document databases like Azure CosmosDB and Apache CassandraAzure Messaging platforms like Azure ServiceBus and EventGridAzure Data servicesRedis Cache DatabaseGraphQL
