Early Childhood Center Director
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Early Childhood Center Director to oversee the operations and educational programs at our center. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early education excellence, strategic planning, program management and leadership to drive the center's success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement educational programs for children two-five years of age following the the center's mission
- Manage day-to-day operations, maintain ADHS licensing and National Accreditaton standards
- Lead a team of early childhood educators to ensure our 5 STAR Rating with Quality First
- Collaborate with Speech/Language therapist, teachers and Board of Directors to fulfill our mission
- Oversee strategic planning initiatives to drive growth and excellence
Experience
- Minimum requirements:
Bacherlors's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree preferred
Proven experience in educational administration and program development
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
Prior teaching experience and/or working with children with speech/language delays or disorders
Preferred:
Bilingual in English/Spanish
Experience workng in an inclusive setting
Knowledge of early intervention and special education services
