About the Opportunity:Join our Mobile Service Unit (MSU) team as an AOG Mechanic (Citations), where your work directly impacts aircraft uptime. You'll respond quickly to AOG events, delivering high-quality maintenance across platforms like Gulfstream, Bombardier, Cessna, King Air, and Embraer. This role offers an 8-on / 6-off schedule, competitive pay, and hands-on field work.Responsibilities:Respond rapidly to AOG events.Perform maintenance in diverse field environments.Troubleshoot and resolve issues in compliance with FAA and OEM standards.Communicate with customers on timelines and expectations.Accurately document all maintenance actions.Maintain AOG vehicle readiness, tools, and inventory.Deliver professional, safety-focused service on-site.Requirements:Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.Clear, professional communication.Experience with maintenance tracking systems (e.g., CAMP, Corridor, Airtable).Ability to work independently and represent us professionally.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Physically able to meet job demands and work in varying conditions.Benefits & Perks:Competitive pay with an 8-on / 6-off schedule.$66/day per diem.Company-provided tools, uniforms, laptop, and MSU truck.Full benefits package, including 401(k).J-18808-Ljbffr
