Job SummaryThe Sr. Principal AI Solutions Architect is responsible for designing and optimizing scalable AI/ML solutions across data center and edge environments. This role requires a deep understanding of AI inference workloads and the ability to translate usage requirements into system-level architectures that balance performance, cost, and power efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and develop target workloads for various AI inference market segments.Analyze system-level performance of workloads across different AI hardware and software frameworks.Define system-level requirements for performance, cost, and power optimization in target markets.Serve as a subject matter expert on current and future trends in AI inference workloads and usage.Collaborate with hardware and software teams to guide the development of next-generation AI accelerators and frameworks.Required QualificationsMaster’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.10+ years of experience in AI/ML software, hardware architecture, and workload analysis.Expertise in AI accelerators, computer architecture, distributed systems, memory hierarchies, and high-performance interconnects.Proven ability to convert customer usage scenarios into realistic workloads for performance, power, and cost modeling.Strong quantitative skills to predict trends and influence hardware/software architecture direction.Proficiency with performance profiling, analysis, and optimization tools.Excellent communication skills.Preferred Qualifications (if any)Experience working across both data center and edge AI environments.Demonstrated leadership in guiding cross-functional teams on AI architecture strategies.Certifications (if any)Relevant certifications in AI/ML, computer architecture, or related fields (preferred but not required).
