Seasonal Restaurant Bartender

Harbor View Hotel is seeking an experienced bartender to join our fine dining food and beverage team. What you will doPrepare and mix beverages for guests in a friendly,courteous, and timely manner according to standards Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledgeall guests, however busy and whatever time of day Will practice prudent portion controls, proper set up of thebar according to standards, keep sufficient inventories, and follow properclosing procedures Must adhere to all state, federal, and corporate liquorregulations pertaining to the serving of alcoholic beverages to minors andintoxicated guests, ensuring all laws are followed What we ask of you:High energy, exceptional customer service and ability to work as a team2+ years Bartending experienceStrong verbal communication skills in order to accurately follow instructionsCommitment to work 40 hours per weekAbility to work a flexible schedule to include early morning, late nights, weekends, and holidaysAbility to continuously stand and walk for 4-5 hours at a time and lift over 50 poundsAuthorized to work in the U.S. Detailed job descriptions will be providedupon inquiry The Harbor View Hotel is an Equal EmploymentOpportunity Employer.
