Bartender/Server

Responsibilities: - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations - Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately - Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Upsell food and beverage items to increase sales - Collaborate with other staff members to ensure excellent customer service - Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area for events or banquets Requirements: - Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change - Strong sales skills to upsell food and beverage items - Excellent hospitality skills to provide exceptional customer service - Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly - Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures - Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
