The group is affiliated with the regional leader in healthcare and there is a strong market presence in the region and an active G.I. group which will provide an excellent opportunity to expand the referral base in both benign and malignant diseases. The area is currently underserved by colorectal specialty care and the opportunity exists for significant volume in all aspects of colorectal disease. Ideal candidates will have several years of experience and be board certified in colorectal surgery. Candidates will be expected to participate in our growing regional cancer referral center.There are opportunities for teaching residents and medical students from Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, as well as the ability to participate in clinical research.
