They are responsible for providing our valuable customers with accurate information needed in a professional and efficient manner.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Primary:Engage, and befriend customers so that they have a great experienceMinimize loss by consistently providing Positive experience to our customers and providing fair solutionsTrouble shoot issues and ensure management knows of reoccurring issuesTypical Issues Examples Include:Desired tracking information or tracking numberCopy of order, packing slip, or invoicePrice discrepanciesMissing partsDefective productFreight questionsEnter replacement orders as requiredExpediently return customer request that cannot be handled while on the initial callRespond, Resolve, and Record all service ticket issues in proper customer care systemRemain Positive and professional and work together with the team to make a great environment for our customers and each otherBe a role model for our values of Positive, Reliable, Ownership, Continuous Improvement, and Winning PaceSecondary:Answer overflow phone callsAccurately enter assigned ordersPerform various sales related tasksSend follow up or thank you emails to customersOther Duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS Required:High school diploma/GED2+ years of customer service experiencePleasant, enthusiastic voicePositive AttitudeStrong Communications skills and interpersonal skills across all levelsMultiple software computers skillsAbility to multitaskDesired:Associates degree or higher5+ years of customer service experiencePOSITION BENEFITSFull Time PositionMonday – Friday operation (typically)Competitive SalaryPaid Time Off (PTO) along with standard holidays401(k) retirement savings plan with strong company matchMedical, dental, and vision insuranceLife insuranceInternal and Professional growth opportunitiesEmployee Referral Program
