Bartender

We are looking for enthusiastic bartenders to provide an excellent guest experience at Ellicottville Brewing Company's Tap & Bottle and Taqueria, located in the heart of Ellicottville. Compensation includes hourly rate and tips. Responsibilities Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and beverage Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations Accurately present menu to customers with food and beer descriptions Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Restock and replenish bar with inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Skills Prior experience as a bartender Restaurant software literacy Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar area organized, stocked and clean Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $10.70 per hour Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Experience: Bartending: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Ellicottville, NY 14731 (Required) Work Location: In person
