Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._**How you'll make an impact in this role**+ Provide direct nursing care by implementing and monitoring patient care plans in accordance with established clinical policies, procedures, and protocols.+ Coordinate patient care across all disciplines as the primary point of contact, ensuring a well-synchronized and comprehensive experience for every patient.+ Monitor and communicate patient conditions by accurately noting and carrying out physician and nursing orders to ensure timely and effective clinical interventions.+ Assess and coordinate discharge planning with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure all patient needs are met for a safe transition after their stay.**What minimum requirements you'll need**Licensure / Certification / Registration:+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.+ Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Florida required.
