Staff Accountant II (3?Month Contract - Fully Onsite)Location: Warminster, PA 18974Schedule: Fully OnsiteDuration: 3?month contractPay Rate:$30-$35/hrRecruiting Partner:LHH Recruitment Solutions A well?established manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Staff Accountant II to support accounting operations, month?end close, and financial reporting across multiple facilities. Reporting to Finance Leadership, this role ensures accurate transaction processing, strong internal control compliance, and consistent financial deliverables. Key Responsibilities Monitor daily financial activity and prepare/enter non?routine journal entries in the ERP system. Support AP and AR operations; review monthly closing reports and verify accuracy of accounting deliverables. Reconcile general ledger accounts, especially prepaid, accrual, and other balance sheet accounts; prepare monthly supporting schedules. Assist in executing internal control requirements, including documentation, key control completion, and internal audit support. Prepare month?end reporting packages, financial analyses, and supplemental reporting for leadership review. Ensure accurate, consistent transaction processing across multiple facilities while maintaining data integrity. Prepare and post payroll journal entries; assist with payroll?related coordination when needed. Manage sales tax reporting and filings; generate miscellaneous tax invoices as applicable. Perform customer credit evaluations, including reviewing credit reports and setting credit limits. Support physical inventory processes including WIP analysis, ticket entry, inventory balance reviews, and periodic inventory audits. Assist with disbursements and payment processing within the ERP system. Provide additional support to the accounting and finance team as needed.
