Controller About the OpportunityWe are partnering with our client to identify a Controller to support their business. This role offers strong visibility and collaboration with both finance and operations, with a focus on financial reporting, business partnership, and overall performance management within a manufacturing environment.This is a well-rounded role for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally and contributing to both financial integrity and business decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processOversee financial reporting and compliance (US GAAP / IFRS)Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activitiesPartner with operations and leadership to provide financial insights and analysisMonitor key performance metrics across the businessMaintain strong internal controls and audit readinessCollaborate with global finance teams and support ad hoc projectsContribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiativesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experienceExperience within a manufacturing or distribution environment (required)Strong foundation in financial reporting and close processesExposure to inventory and manufacturing operations (no cost accounting needed)Knowledge of US GAAP (IFRS is a plus)ERP experience Strong communication and business partnering skillsWhat We’re Looking ForA well-rounded Controller with manufacturing exposureA professional who can translate data into practical business insightsAdaptable, hands-on, and comfortable in a global, mid-sized environmentWhy This RoleHigh visibility with leadership and cross-functional teamsBroad scope across accounting, reporting, and business supportOpportunity to grow within a global organization
