Experience with multi-entity structures (ideally PE/VC but not required), strong GAAP Accounting. THE ROLEWe are looking for a Corporate Controller to join our leadership team at a pivotal moment in our growth. With our CFO transitioning into an integrations-focused role, this person will own the day-to-day financial operations of the business and build a best-in-class accounting function from the ground up. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in complexity, knows how to build and scale teams, and can bring structure and rigor to a high-growth environment.WHAT YOU WILL DOOwn month-end close, financial reporting, cash flow forecasting, and all core accounting operations across multiple entitiesAssess and restructure the existing accounting team, consolidating regional functions into a cohesive corporate teamImplement and improve processes, systems, and controls to support scale and ensure GAAP complianceManage fixed assets, inventory accounting, and intercompany reconciliations across the platformLead and prepare for annual audits and ensure readiness across all entitiesServe as a key financial partner to the CFO and executive team, providing visibility into cash position, working capital, and business performanceDrive systems implementation and ERP optimization as the platform continues to integrate acquired companies WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORCPA required15+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a multi-entity or PE-backed environmentProven track record managing complexity at the 100 million dollar revenue level or aboveExperience leading and building accounting teams through periods of growth or transformationStrong GAAP knowledge including fixed assets, inventory, and consolidationsAudit experience, both preparation and managementHands-on operator who can roll up their sleeves and also lead strategicallyDistribution, manufacturing, or energy industry experience a plusEven-keeled leadership style with the ability to bring stability and clarity to a fast-moving environmentCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITSBase salary: 170,000 to 200,000 depending on experienceAnnual bonus: 10% to 20%Competitive benefits packageGenerous PTO401k w/ matchSignificant growth opportunity as the platform continues to scale Email Your Resume In Word ToSean.Gur@CyberCoders.comLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
