This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem solving, and can manage payroll processes with accuracy and accountability.ResponsibilitiesProcess full-cycle, multi-state payroll accurately and on timeUtilize ADP to process weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, bonus, and off-cycle payrollsMaintain compliance with payroll tax laws, garnishments, and deductionsRespond to payroll inquiries with professionalism and confidentialityAudit payroll reports, carrier feeds, calculations, and system data for accuracyEnter payroll journal entries into ERP systems and support system integrations (ADP/Concur)Manage monthly benefits billing and assist with paid leave processingSupport year-end W-2 processing, audits, reporting, and payroll-related projectsIdentify process improvements and proactively resolve payroll issuesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred3+ years of multi-state payroll experienceHRIS experience required; ADP experience strongly preferredStrong understanding of payroll processes, taxes, and compliance requirementsAdvanced attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skillsAbility to work independently, meet deadlines, and solve problems proactivelyStrong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentialityMust be able to pass background check, MVR screening, and drug testing requirementsThis is a great opportunity for someone who takes ownership of their work, values accuracy, and enjoys being a key contributor within a collaborative team environment.
