The successful candidate will demonstrate strong experience in global delivery leadership, managing large-scale programs, and direct involvement with AI/ML/GenAI initiatives.This position demands a combination of technical expertise, stakeholder engagement, and exceptional execution skills, emphasizing the ability to scale AI solutions from proof-of-concept to full production deployment.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesAI Program DeliveryOversee the complete delivery lifecycle of AI/ML and GenAI programs, from initial ideation and proof of concept through to production deploymentCoordinate multiple AI projects, including:Applications of Large Language Models (RAG, agents, copilots)Deployment of data science and machine learning modelsAI-driven automation and business transformation initiativesEnsure projects are delivered on schedule with high quality and cost-effectiveness throughout engagementsClient & Stakeholder ManagementServe as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients operating in data-intensive sectorsCollaborate closely with senior leadership (CTO, CIO, Product Heads) to establish AI strategies and roadmapsDrive account growth and explore expansion opportunitiesDelivery & Program ManagementManage extensive, multi-million dollar portfolios and programsLead distributed and global teams comprising engineering, data science, and product professionalsImplement delivery governance frameworks, establish KPIs, and maintain reporting mechanismsEnsure compliance with Agile and Scrum methodologies and best practicesAI & Technology LeadershipCollaborate closely with AI/ML teams on:Model development lifecyclesMLOps and deployment strategiesData pipeline management and cloud infrastructurePromote adoption of:Generative AI tools (such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, etc.)Cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, and AzureOffer guidance on AI system solution architectureTransformation & InnovationLead initiatives driving AI-based digital transformationIdentify opportunities to:Automate legacy systemsEnhance efficiency through AI technologiesReduce operational costs with intelligent solutionsRequired Qualifications10 to 15 years of experience in delivery and program managementDemonstrated success in managing large-scale enterprise programsPractical experience with AI/ML/GenAI projects for at least 1 to 3 yearsStrong expertise in:Global delivery modelsStakeholder managementBudget oversight and portfolio ownershipA background in data platforms or managing large-scale enterprise systems is highly desirableMust-have skillsAI model deploymentMLOpsData science deliveryGood-to-have SkillsAI/ML Program ManagerAI Product Delivery ManagerData & AI Program Manager
