Asphalt Foreman – Operations

Trueline's client, a fast-growing asphalt maintenance and pavement services company serving commercial properties throughout the Cincinnati market, is seeking an Asphalt Foreman - Operations to join their team in Loveland, Ohio. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys working in the field, leading small crews, and helping build efficient operations within a growing organization focused on quality, safety, and customer service.What You'll Do as the Asphalt Foreman - Operations:Lead and actively participate in daily asphalt maintenance and repair projectsSupervise and support crews of 2-3 field employees across multiple job sitesCoordinate schedules, workflow, and daily priorities based on weather, staffing, deliveries, and customer needsCommunicate professionally with customers regarding project timelines, updates, and service expectationsEnsure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standardsRead and interpret work orders, maps, drawings, and project plansOversee equipment readiness, inspections, and routine maintenanceOperate and maintain equipment including infrared machines, patch trucks, sealcoat rigs, striping machines, and squeegee equipmentComplete daily reporting and communicate job progress to leadershipSupport OSHA and safety compliance initiatives while enforcing PPE and safe operating proceduresTrain, coach, and motivate field employees to improve productivity and teamworkTroubleshoot field issues and escalate concerns when necessaryMust-Haves as the Asphalt Foreman - Operations:1-3 years of experience leading small field crewsExperience in asphalt maintenance, paving, sealcoating, striping, or related pavement servicesStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced outdoor environmentCustomer-facing professionalism and strong verbal communication skillsBasic computer proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and TeamsValid driver's license with clean driving recordAbility to pass background check, MVR, and drug screeningAbility to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the dayNice-to-Haves as the Asphalt Foreman - Operations:Experience managing pavement maintenance production schedulesFamiliarity with OSHA 10 safety practicesExperience training or mentoring field personnelMechanical aptitude related to field equipment maintenance and troubleshootingExperience working within growing or entrepreneurial service organizationsOur Client Offers:$26-$28/hour DOEPaid holidaysBenefits with company contribution toward individual coverageOpportunity for advancement within a rapidly growing organizationSmall team environment with direct operational impactStable, year-round commercial service workLeadership opportunity with hands-on involvement in the fieldTrueline and its clients are unabashed equal-opportunity employers committed to a diverse workforce.
