Cook/Prep
Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation and cooking tasks
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines
- Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and cutting vegetables, fruits, and meats
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Assist with plating and presentation of dishes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Experience:
- Previous experience as a prep cook or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent time management skills
Note: This position may involve working in a catering environment, assisting with the preparation of food for events or large gatherings.
