Working closely with our client partners, you'll develop relationships with key technical resources while delivering tangible business outcomes.Ideal candidates will be able to:Manage the Data engineering lifecycle including research, proof of concepts, architecture, design, development, test, deployment, and maintenanceCollaborate with team members to design and implement technology that aligns with client business objectivesBuild proof of concepts for a modern analytics stack supporting a variety of Cloud‐based Business Systems for potential clientsWork with ETL/ELT technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Fivetran, Snowflake OpenFlow, Apache NiFi and other similar toolsWork with analytic technologies such as Power BI, Tableau, Sigma, Omni, Looker and other similar analytic toolsWork with cloud enabled data repositories such as Snowflake, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud PlatformManage, mentor and develop the talent of assigned junior resourcesCreate actionable recommendations based on identified platform, structural and/or logic problemsCommunicate and demonstrate clear understanding of client business needs, goals, and objectivesCollaborate with other practices on Solution Proposals, Pre‐Sales Activities, Estimation, Scoping and SolutionsQualifications:5+ years' experience developing industry‐leading business intelligence and analytic solutions5+ years of experience writing Business requirements, Use cases and/or user stories, preferably for data warehouse or data mart initiatives5+ years of SQL development including advanced analytic functions3+ years of consulting experience working on project‐based delivery using Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)4+ years of experience with relational databases (Postgres, SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, and Azure Synapse Analytics, etc.)3+ years of experience creating functional test cases and supporting user acceptance testing3+ years of experience in Agile/Kanban/DevOps DeliveryOutstanding analytical, communication, and interpersonal skillsManage projects and teams against planned workResponsible for managing the day‐to‐day client relationship on projectsSupport sales cycles by leading oral sessions along with building POC solutions for clientsAbility to travelPreferred Skills:SnowPro certification5+ years experience developing in Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP or similar cloud data platform3+ years of experience with modern tech stack tools such as Jenkins, Kafka, Messaging, KubernetesSolid understanding of data architecture, data modeling, statistics, data science and data infrastructure ecosystemsSpaulding Ridge is committed to helping team members thrive in their work and life, and we invest in comprehensive total rewards to support this goal.Our benefits include generous time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, a 401(k) with company match, and highly subsidized health, dental, and vision plans. The base salary range for this position in the United States across locations is reflected below. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
