Additionally, we provide Professional Talent Acquisition Services as we proudly support the unique needs of U.S. Defense, Intelligence, and Federal Civilian agencies as well as Fortune 1000 companies.Why Should You Be Interested?Direct hire full-time positionCompetitive base salary and comprehensive benefitsMid-size company with room for growthPosition Title: Senior Maximo Application Developer Position Location: Government site in Annapolis Junction, MD Key Responsibilities: Serve as a senior technical contributor supporting the configuration and customization of IBM Maximo-based applicationsLead the design and implementation of Maximo application solutions using COTS best practices and supported extensibility approachesTranslate business and operational requirements into scalable, maintainable application configurations and enhancementsDevelop and maintain application components including workflows, automation scripts, UI configurations, integrations, and security settingsProvide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team membersCollaborate with functional analysts, infrastructure teams, database administrators, and cybersecurity stakeholders to ensure solution alignmentSupport application upgrades, patches, and enhancements across the system lifecycleTroubleshoot and resolve complex application issues in development, test, and production environmentsEnsure solutions comply with enterprise standards, security requirements, and configuration management processesContribute to technical documentation, design artifacts, and knowledge transfer activitiesEngage directly with customers and stakeholders to provide technical insight and recommend improvementsQualifications: Senior-level experience supporting or developing COTS enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, EAM, CRM, asset management platforms)TS/SCI with FS polyStrong background in application configuration, customization, or development within commercial software environmentsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and at least twelve (12) years of demonstrable experience is required. Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.An industry recognized professional certification, as defined in the TTOs, may substitute as one (1) year experience. A Master's Degree in Computer Science, System Engineering or related field may substitute for two (2) years' experience.Experience working with Java-based or web-based enterprise applicationsProficiency with relational databases and SQLExperience supporting applications across the full lifecycle (development, test, production)Ability to lead technical discussions, make architectural recommendations, and guide solution decisionsStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills and the ability to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersAbility and willingness to rapidly learn IBM Maximo and related technologiesKnowledge of AWS Desired Experience: Experience with IBM Maximo or Maximo Application Suite (MAS)Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Bash)Familiarity with integrations, REST APIs, or middleware solutionsExperience in federal, DoD, or other regulated enterprise environmentsUnderstanding of ITIL, change management, and release management processesRedHat OpenShift Container Platform (ROSA, OCP, or self-managed)Experience with Linux AdministrationIntegragtion knowledge (Rest API's, MIF, OSLC, LDAP/SSO integration)Experience with Docker and KubernetesExperience with Oracle 19.3Experience with S3 storageExperience with EC2 instances Required Clearance: Active TSSCI clearance with Full Scope PolygraphPay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $150k - $220k+++ Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
