Senior Product ManagerLocation: Hybrid at Bethesda, MDContract Duration: 6 monthsJob SummarySeeking for a Senior Manager to lead the development of ancillary revenue products. This role involves collaborating with various teams and vendors to deliver technology solutions, ensuring compliance and security. You will work with SaaS vendors supporting different operations.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate cross-functional development activities with vendors, technology teams, and business partners.Partner with Enterprise Architecture teams to create Business/Solution Architecture.Define and document product requirements, including use cases, workflows, and wireframes.Lead Quality Engineering activities and system changes acceptance.Coordinate incident resolution and prioritize defect fixes.Evaluate product improvements and technical solutions to meet business objectives.Required Education and Experience:7 years' experience in IT application design or development projects.Undergraduate degree.Proven project leadership and management skills.Ability to deliver results under challenging conditions.Hands-on experience with cloud-native microservices and API development.Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.Experience with JIRA and Confluence.Strong project management skills.Excellent communication skills.Experience with Agile Development methodology.Experience in using AI tools for requirements documentation and testing.Preferred:Familiarity with hospitality industry applications and processes.Experience working with 3rd party vendors.Familiarity with Golf, SPA operations, and related technology.
