You will see approx. 15-25 patients per day and have in office support as well as Catalyst support teams including 24/7 care team support, referral coordinators and more. Join us and be part of a rapidly growing team that's truly making a difference!ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Functions independently to perform a broad range of medical services including, but not limited to the following:Providing direction, coordination, and evaluation of patient care deliveryPatient assessmentAge appropriate history and physicalDiagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditionsOrdering and interpreting diagnostic tests such as lab work and x-rays relative to a patients specific needsAnnual examsEducating patients on disease prevention and positive health and lifestyle choicesDocumenting encounters in the Athena EMRMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:Current Texas license and certificationGraduate of an accredited NP/PA programExperience as an NP or PA in an outpatient clinic settingCompetent with electronic medical records (EMR) systemsAbility to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-makingPREFERRED EXPERIENCE:3+ years related experience preferably in an Internal Medicine or Primary Care outpatient settingAthena EMR experienceCOMPETITIVE BENEFIT PACKAGE:Compensation commensurate with experienceUncapped Bonus ProgramMedical, Dental, Vision Insurance401K with employer matchHealth Savings Account optionsPaid Holidays and PTOReferral ProgramsShort/Long term disability InsuranceAnnual CME allowanceMalpractice cost coveredTX license fee coveredDEA cost covered At Catalyst, we believe in the power of relationships.
