Carpenter

Overview: We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Civil work/ Concrete Finisher and various carpentry tasks and a strong understanding of construction principles. Responsibilities: - Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures using different types of materials - Measure, cut, or shape wood, plastic, fiberglass, drywall, and other materials - Build foundations, walls, floors, and roofs using hand or power tools - Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures - Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, electricians, plumbers, and painters on projects - Follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of clients Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience - Basic Plus Card - Proficient in using a variety of hand and power tools - Knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods - Ability to read and interpret blueprints - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Physical strength and stamina to handle the demands of the job Nice-to-have Skills: - Experience with power tools - Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems - Proficiency in trim carpentry - Ability to restore structures to their original condition - Familiarity with masonry work - Blueprint reading skills - Expertise in mold remediation and water damage restoration techniques Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour Schedule: 10 hour shift Day shift Work Location: In person
