Title: Trust AssociateLocation: New York, NY (Hybrid)Duration: 04 Months Responsibilities:Assist in the implementation and maintenance of Corporate Special Agency transactions (MTN, M&A, CP/CD).Assist Transaction Managers in managing client day-to-day activities related to their transactions.Support the distribution of relevant rate reset notices.Assist Transaction Managers in completing internal projects related to their transactions.Assist with the management of document custody requests and releases.Address transactional inquiries from both internal and external Agency & Trust clients in connection with transactions.Adhere to Client Agency & Trust policies and procedures for client onboarding, deal implementation, account opening, deal payment processing, and deal maintenance.Coordinate with operations and clients for transaction setup, activities, and reporting.Coordinate with operations to address inquiries from clients.In all matters, demonstrate strong consideration for the bank’s reputation and safeguard the interests of the client, its customers, and assets by ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Adhere to policies, apply sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalate, manage, and report control issues with transparency.Qualifications:2–5 years of relevant experience (e.g., operations, transaction management, or product management).Demonstrated experience in deal implementation, deal maintenance, and direct interaction with clients.Ability to quickly adjust priorities as circumstances dictate.Ability to manage tight deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.Intermediate level of expertise with Microsoft Excel and general computer knowledge.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
