Business Program Coordinator

Role summary / purposeEmployees in this job function plan and oversee projects/programs working with cross-functional teams across various business functions such as Human Resources, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Sales.Key responsibilitiesDevelop project plans, define the business-related project/program scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goalsDrive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives by leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with executive leadership and function headsFacilitate the development effort by creating and monitoring an efficient, streamlined process between internal teams and/or external vendorsEffectively communicate status updates to all stakeholders across multiple organizations and teams with reinforcing quantitative measurementsEnsure project and program objectives, deliverables, and results are completed within the agreed scope, timeline, budget, and allocated resourcesProvide accurate and insightful analysis and reporting, presenting data in a clear format for presentations and reviewsIdentify risks and create risk mitigation plans to ensure timely completion of projects/programsServe as a subject matter expert in their respective business domain of Human Resources, Marketing, Legal, Finance, or SalesRequirements - education & experienceAssociate level experience2 years in ITPrevious experience in program/project coordination, cross-functional stakeholder support, or event logistics within a large-scale corporate environmentExperience coordinating across multiple business functions or departments to support shared goals and timelinesRequired skillsStrong skills in the Microsoft 365 suite including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and CopilotFamiliarity with task/milestone tracking tools such as Planner and SharePoint to support program coordinationClear and effective written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professional coordinationExceptional attention to detail and the ability to track multiple moving parts, deliverables, and timelines across concurrent initiativesNice-to-have / preferred skillsExperience with Copilot and/or Open Code AI toolsImpellam Group and its brands are equal-opportunity employers committed to diversity and inclusion.
