This is a great opportunity to work on impactful projects, develop your skillset, and grow within a company that values innovation and long-term career progression.The RoleWe’re looking for an Electrical Project Manager to oversee projects from planning through to completion. You’ll be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably.Key ResponsibilitiesReview project specifications, drawings, and documentation to define scope and timelinesDevelop and manage project schedules and implementation plansCoordinate procurement of materials and equipmentManage subcontractors and ensure alignment with scope, schedule, and safety standardsTrack project progress, costs, and resources; identify change order opportunitiesOversee billing, cost control, and financial performance of projectsPrepare project documentation including proposals, scopes, and close-out packagesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholdersEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standardsRequirements3–5 years’ experience in project management within electrical, HVAC, BMS/BAS, construction, or critical facilitiesAbility to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical diagramsStrong commercial awareness with experience managing project financialsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)Willingness to travel to job sites (up to 50%)Preferred:Associate’s or Engineering degree in a relevant fieldWhat’s on OfferCompetitive salary + bonusCompany vehicle & expenses cardStrong career progression within a growing organisationExposure to diverse, high-impact projectsSupportive and collaborative team environmentAdditional InformationThis role is not eligible for visa sponsorshipEqual opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion
