Role: Construction Coordinator - Industrial Construction projectsLocation: Jackson TNDuration: 12 months, long termPay rate: $50/hour on W2, Client will not consider C2CJob overview:Responsible for managing general contractors and subcontractors, testing agencies, budgets and schedules on specific buildings in support and coordination of overall plant construction project completion. Administer construction contracts; conduct on-site inspection to monitor plan compliance. Direct activities of contractors and subcontractors to support project schedule in compliance with plans and specifications. Research, plan, and administer building projects, applying knowledge of design, construction procedures, and building materials. Present status reports to owner.Requirements:Experience in industrial construction projects with emphasis on building construction (greenfield or brownfield)Strong technical knowledge of construction means and methodsProficient drawing review and field application abilitiesOSHA 30 certificationAbility to properly manage a construction schedule on a daily, weekly, and monthly basisPlease send resume ASAP.
